Delivery options
Delivery is available within Romania only, via FAN Courier, in two options:

FAN Courier

FAN Courier locker pickup
9,99 lei
Shipping is free for orders of at least 250 lei, regardless of delivery option.
When your order arrives
The timeline depends on when you order and whether the coffee is already roasted.
Coffee already roasted + order before noon
The parcel is picked up by the courier the same day and delivered the next day.
Coffee needs to be roasted first
The coffee is roasted and dispatched the next day. Delivery follows the day after dispatch, 2 days from order.
Payment methods: online card via NETOPIA Payments (Visa, Mastercard) or cash on delivery.
Right of return
In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
Return conditions
Products must be sealed, unopened, and in the condition in which they were delivered.
Unsealed products cannot be returned. Once the coffee packaging is opened, returns are not accepted for hygiene and food safety reasons.
How to start a return
Use the online form to submit your withdrawal or return request.
For wrong, damaged or non-conforming products, use the same form by selecting the appropriate option, or contact us at hello@boabe.ro.

Return costs and refunds
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the product is defective or was incorrectly dispatched.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product, via the same payment method used for the original order.
