Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via FAN Courier within 24-48 hours from dispatch, within Romania only.

Shipping cost is displayed in the cart before checkout. Shipping is free for orders of at least 150 RON.

Available payment methods: online card payment via NETOPIA Payments (Visa, Mastercard) or cash on delivery.

Right of return

In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Return conditions: products must be sealed, unopened, and in the condition in which they were delivered. Unsealed products (opened coffee) cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.

For wrong, damaged or non-conforming products, use the same form by selecting the appropriate option, or contact us directly at contact@boabe.ro.

Return costs and refunds

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the product is defective or was incorrectly dispatched. In those cases, return costs are covered by Boabe.ro.

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product, via the same payment method used for the original order.
