2. Business scope
Boabe.ro sells specialty coffee online, selected and sourced from verified origins. Products are delivered sealed, within Romania.
3. Placing an order
The order process: select the desired products, add them to your cart, complete the checkout form with your delivery details and choose your payment method, then confirm your order. The order is confirmed upon sending the confirmation email to the customer.
MXM SYSTEMS SRL reserves the right to cancel an order in case of pricing error, insufficient stock, or delivery impossibility, with prior notification to the customer.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are displayed in RON (Romanian lei). The company is not registered for VAT. MXM SYSTEMS SRL reserves the right to modify prices, with changes not affecting already confirmed orders.
5. Payment methods
Orders can be paid via:
- Online card payment via NETOPIA Payments — accepted cards: Visa and Mastercard. Card data is processed by NETOPIA Payments and is not stored by Boabe.ro.
- Cash on delivery — payment is made to the FAN Courier courier upon receiving the package.
6. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via FAN Courier within 24-48 hours from dispatch, within Romania only.
Shipping cost is displayed in the cart before checkout. Shipping is free for orders of at least 150 RON.
7. Returns and cancellations
In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
Return conditions: products must be sealed, unopened, and in the condition in which they were delivered. Unsealed products (opened coffee) cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the product is defective or was incorrectly dispatched. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

9. Disputes and applicable law
