Etiopia Kebele comes from the Gotiti station in the Gedeo zone, at 2,000-2,100 m, where 868 smallholder farmers deliver Heirloom cherries processed rigorously in separate micro-lots. In the cup: juicy blueberry and cranberry acidity, balanced by a warm, velvety cocoa base and a long, elegant finish.
