About this coffee

Etiopia Lalesa is a Heirloom lot from Lalesa, Gedeb, Ethiopia, grown by local farmers at 2,150-2,200 m. In the cup: Jasmine opens the profile, followed by ripe nectarine and tropical papaya sweetness, with bright, juicy acidity.

Texture
The medium, silky and fluid body coats the palate lightly, while concentrated sweetness carries a long, defined finish with a clean aftertaste.
