Peru Cajamarca brings together washed coffees grown by small local farmers in Cajamarca, Peru, at elevations of 1,200 to 1,800 metres. In the cup: caramelised almond forms a rich base, baked apple brings warm brightness, and dried plum draws the coffee into a dense, syrupy finish with settled acidity.
