Brazilia Serra da Mantiqueira comes from Brazil's Mantiqueira Mountains at 1,100-1,350 m, bringing together Yellow Catuai and Mundo Novo. In the cup: roasted almond and hazelnut unfold into burnt sugar custard, with a silky body, clean finish and subtle acidity.

Texture
The medium body feels silky and creamy, coating the palate evenly before giving way to a long, clean finish without roughness.
