Coffee story
Columbia La Roma comes from Finca La Roma in Planadas, Tolima, part of the Black Condor social project. Caturra and Castillo varieties are washed and slow-dried on raised drying beds. In the cup: juicy nectarine acidity, a dense almond cake base, and a sweet finish of pecan nuts.
