Columbia Motta Red Bourbon comes from Finca Motta in Acevedo, Huila, at 1,700 m. Farmer Jefferson Adrian Motta naturally processes the Red Bourbon variety on African raised beds. In the cup: rose flowers and marzipan, with a juicy note of orange jelly and a long, velvety finish.
